Welcome to the Sentou Dojos Bowling Green web site. We do not teach eastern religion.
We are all Christian instructors with ties and membership's in local Christian Churches. Parents we know you will love the
caring and warm atmosphere when you come to our school. We have affiliates both nationally and worldwide. We are
a full service Martial Arts Academy. We train in all body ranges, close quarter, medium, long, ground fighting and multiple
opponent self-defense and offense. We spar for Karate or as it is called in the Jujitsu/Jujutsu arts "Randori" against
one or up to 5 opponents at one time with and without weapons. ( you have never experienced training like this before.)
We are located in the city of Bowling Green, Kentucky at 112 Nugent St F B.G., KY 42101. We have been serving communities
for over 30 years with sponsors and recommendations from many city, county and state government agencies and
business organizations.
(We focus on peace not aggression) We believe you need to train the body, mind and
spirit in a harmonious way. How you train is how you will re-act in a real situation. If you train aggressively you will act
or re-act aggressively in life. Many schools train this way. We do not. If you train to defuse, work your way
through the situation or problem and be calm, you will keep a level head when confronted with everyday life. If you think
this style of training makes you weak, then you are wrong. It is the most successful style of training for everyday
life you can find. Only when confronted with a physical threat that can not be avoided do we act. Once we act there is
no training anywhere that can match the hand to hand and weapon skills of this style training. This is a historical
fact not fiction. The martial arts we teach are all traditional techniques in nature.
Classes start at age 3 and up. Your child will train in a clean, safe and loving environment. Let us help enrich your
